Absence excuse |
|
Excuse notes for absences are to be turned in within 3 days of a student’s return to school. These excuse notes can be notes from medical appointments, illness excuse notes from a doctor’s office, or parent-written excuse notes.
We are now trying out an additional method to make this process more convenient for families. You may use the link or the QR code below to turn in absence information. You can also attach excuse notes on the electronic form. We still accept faxed or paper excuse notes. This new method is optional and is designed to help our families meet the guidelines for submitting absence notes. Absence Excuse Link: https://forms.office.com/r/eEED3rQuKk |
